Bet Limits

1. The holder of a license will at all times clearly display all limits and conditions in respect of fixed odds bets as a link for Customers on the website, provided that any limit set in respect of payment of a winning bet:

   1.1 Shall not stipulate that any such maximum amount payable will be payable per ticket issued; and

   1.2 Specify and expand on the maximum amount payable in relation to an accumulation of bets per day relating to any winning combination or bet type.

2. The maximum amount that can be won (directly or indirectly) by a single customer from any bet/bets finalised with the licensee in a day [24 hours], may be determined by the licensee, and such limits must be displayed online on the site of the licensee.

3. If a number of bets placed by several Customers contain the same selections, and the licensee believes that these bets were placed on behalf of the same customer by a group of Customers, a group of people, or a syndicate acting in conjunction with each other as may be determined by the licensee, with substantive evidence, the licensee reserves the right to limit the total winnings payable in respect thereof. This provision also applies to licensed website online operators.

ZARbet Sportsbook Limits

1. Limits vary depending on the sport, the type of competition and the type of bet offered.

2. Should a number of bets, containing the same selections be placed by one or more account holders, and ZARbet has reason to believe that these bets originated from the same customer/syndicate, ZARbet reserves the right to limit the total payment of all such bets to the maximum amount that a single customer may win on one day's trading.

3. The minimum bet placement amount is R1.00

4. The maximum net payout per single calendar day is R10 000 000.

5. The maximum net payout per single/multiple sports bet is R10 000 000. This limit may vary depending on the specific sport, league and type of bet offered.

6. ZARbet Management reserves the right (in its sole discretion) and following approval by the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board to increase or decrease all limits based on ZARbet’s risk management program, which entails the profiling of its client base and the monitoring of their betting behaviour against various indicators to establish the level of risk associated with each client in compliance with any Applicable Acts.
