Leaderboard Terms and conditions:

1. This promotion is open to all new and existing ZARbet players.
2. All bets placed outside of the promotion dates will not qualify.
3. Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ section, found on the Leaderboard Page.
4. Prizes are paid out to customers as a fixed amount. 
5. A player must have made at least 1 deposit to participate and qualify to play in the Leaderboard. There is no minimum bet and no wagering requirement to qualify.
6. The Leaderboard will start and end as per the dates and times advertised on the Leaderboard Page.
7. ZARbet reserves the right to not pay out a prize where the win results from any obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games. We further reserve the right to not pay out a prize where, in our opinion, the win results from cheating or collusion with other players.
8. A valid ZARbet account is required to participate in the promotion. 
9. The promotion is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either South African citizens or permanently reside in South Africa.
10. ZARbet reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the promotion, prizes, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

12. ZARbet may require the winners to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable ZARbet to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. 
13. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
14. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. We will ask for permission to use the winner’s picture. If this is not authorized by the winner, we will disguise the winner or ask for a written comment to be used for promotional purposes.
16. ZARbet will continuously monitor any irregular behaviour, whether it be in wagering and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
17. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
18. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless ZARbet, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
19. ZARbet, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than ZARbet themselves. 20. ZARbet reserves the right to change, modify, or adapt these terms and conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions override any advertising collateral or material in the event of any conflict.
21. The Leaderboard competition is closed to persons who are directors, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing services provider, or spouse, life partner, business partner or immediate family members, in addition, all persons are who have self-excluded from participating in gambling activities.
22. In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our support staff to achieve a resolution.
