R1 Million Slots Leaderboard Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these Rules, Terms and Conditions, “the Promoter” refers to ZARbet (Pty) Ltd.

1. PROMOTION RULES

1.1 Eligibility

This promotion is open to all qualifying new and/or existing ZARbet customers, subject to the criteria below.

1.2 Promotion Period

The promotion will run from 30 July 2026 to 31 August 2026. Starting at 00:00 on Thursday, 30 July and ends at 08:00 on Monday, 31 August 2026(South African Standard Time). The cash draws will take place on 04 September 2026.

1.3 The Promotion - R1 Million Slots Leaderboard

The R1 Million Slots Leaderboard is a points-based competition. Customers earn leaderboard points by placing bets on slot games. Points are awarded for every cumulative R10 bet/wagered, cash or bonus on slots. More points equal higher leaderboard ranking – to get and maintain high ranking, players must keep wagering/betting.

Points are updated in real time on the leaderboard page - https://www.zarbet.co.za/leaderboard.

Winners of the R1 Million Slots Leaderboard promotion (both cash draws and weekly jackpots) agree to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities relating to the Promotion, at no additional compensation.

1.3.1 Weekly Jackpot

Throughout the Promotion Period, ZARbet may conduct random Weekly Jackpot draws.

Only customers who are considered active leaderboard participants at the time of the draw will qualify.

An active leaderboard participant is a customer who has placed at least one qualifying slots wager during the applicable qualifying period leading up to the weekly draw. Weekly Jackpot amounts are determined by ZARbet and may vary.

Weekly Jackpot winner is announced every Friday, starting 07 August 2026. The winner will be called on any of the four radio stations – Hot1027FM, LotusFM, JacarandaFM or East Coast Radio.

The Weekly Jackpot payout is subject to a 1x playthrough. For example, a R50,000 win will need to be wagered once over and the winnings from that playthrough can be cashed out and is not subject to a max cashout.

1.4 Qualifying Criteria / Promotion Mechanics

To participate, customers must:

• Place qualifying wagers on eligible slot games using cash balance and/or bonus balance.
• Earn leaderboard points through qualifying wagers.
• Accumulate enough points to improve their leaderboard ranking.
• Finish within the Top 1000 positions on the leaderboard by the end of the Promotion Period to qualify for the applicable prize draws.
• Maintain an active account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The leaderboard is updated regularly throughout the Promotion Period and is available at https://www.zarbet.co.za/leaderboard.
• Only wagers placed during the Promotion Period will contribute towards leaderboard points.

1.4.1 Cash Wagering Points

Qualifying cash wagers earn leaderboard points at the following rate:
Every R10 wagered using cash balance earns 100 leaderboard points.

Example:
R10 cash wager = 100 leaderboard points
R500 cash wager = 5000 leaderboard points
Only completed wagers settled during the Promotion Period will qualify.

1.4.2 Bonus Wagering Points

Qualifying wagers placed using bonus funds also earn leaderboard points.
Every R10 wagered using bonus balance earns 50 leaderboard points.

Example:
R10 bonus wager = 50 leaderboard points
R500 bonus wager = 2 500 leaderboard points
Only completed wagers settled during the Promotion Period will qualify.

Bonus wagering contributes towards a customer's leaderboard ranking but earns points at a lower rate than cash wagering.

1.4.3 Loyalty Tier Multipliers

Customers receive additional leaderboard points based on their ZARbet Loyalty Tier at the time qualifying wagers are placed.

Players in higher Loyalty Tiers can earn even more points for the same cash wager.

Points earned from bonus wagering are awarded at 50% of your Loyalty Tier earning rate.

If a customer's Loyalty Tier changes during the Promotion Period, future qualifying wagers will earn points according to the customer's new Loyalty Tier. Previously earned points will not be recalculated.

1.4.4 Boosted Points on ZAR Original Slots

Weekend ZAR Originals Boost
Throughout the Promotion Period, ZARbet may offer Double Leaderboard Points (2x) on all qualifying wagers placed on eligible ZAR Originals slot games during designated promotional weekends. Where applicable, qualifying wagers will earn double the standard leaderboard points, subject to any applicable Loyalty Tier multiplier.

Additional Promotional Point Boosts
ZARbet reserves the right to introduce additional leaderboard point boosts, multipliers or promotional earning periods at any time during the Promotion Period. These may apply to selected slot games, game categories, wagering periods, specific days or times, or other qualifying criteria as determined by ZARbet. Any promotional point boosts will be communicated via the leaderboard page, website, email, SMS, push notification or other official ZARbet communication channels and will apply only for the specified promotional period.

1.4.5 Leaderboard Ranking

Customers are ranked according to the total leaderboard points accumulated during the Promotion Period. The higher a customer's total points, the higher their leaderboard position.

Only the final leaderboard standings at the close of the Promotion Period will determine eligibility for the prize draws. In the event of a tie on total leaderboard points, the customer who reached that score first will receive the higher leaderboard position.

1.5 Prize Structure

1.5.1 There are five independent cash prize draws. Customers qualify based on their final leaderboard position.

Once a customer wins a prize, they will be removed from subsequent prize draws.

Example:
If a customer wins the R500,000 draw, they will not be eligible for the R200,000, R150,000, R100,000 or R50,000 draws.

1.6 Winner Verification and Publicity

All winners are subject to verification by ZARbet before any prize is awarded.

By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities relating to the Promotion, at no additional compensation.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Photography;
• Video recording;
• Interviews;
• Social media content;
• Website publication;
• Email and digital marketing campaigns;
• Promotional advertisements;
• Other marketing material created by ZARbet.

Winners grant ZARbet the right to use their name, first name, surname initial, likeness, photographs, video footage, voice recordings and prize-related content for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, where permitted by applicable law.

Should a winner decline to participate in the required promotional activity, ZARbet reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner, where permitted by law.
